The Conscious Club is a sacred space for Amsterdam dwellers where you can eat soul food or take in a yoga or meditation class.
The founders, Elizabeth Plokker and Charon Tolhuisen, who met in Thaliand have set out to create a “sacred space, a transformational learning and lifestyle centre to awaken mind, body and spirit”.
What you get with The Conscious Club is consciousness on all levels. Built with sustainability in the framework, The Conscious Club has solar panels on the rooftop and tables that are made from 300-year-old floorboards.
With its emphasis on creating an inspiring environment for the body, mind and spirit, The Conscious Club is also available for rent for spiritual classes, workshops and other events.
If you are in Amsterdam, escape the city life for moments in your day and just be at The Conscious Club be it for some soul food including flour less cakes, acai bowls and Dutch cheese platters, a Thai coffee or an energising Qi Gong class.
