Humblesticks Rio Cabinet: Celebrate Rio Olympics 2016 with an upcycled piece

The Olympics has kicked off in Brazil, so how about getting into the spirit of the land with an emblemic piece of furniture in your digs.

Humblesticks have created the Rio Cabinet by upcycling a dinky tola veneer cabinet, dated from 1960, and spruced it up by giving it a South American vibe featuring green and yellow geometric patterns.

Humblesticks are a husband-and-wife design team, Richard Holman and Katy Shooter, who “renovate and rejuvenate” found objects.

Their found and restored works can be purchased online at Humblesticks.
