WORON: Update your thermals with sustainable basics

Update your underwear drawer with some classic thermals from sustainable underwear brand, WORON.

Scandinavian brand, WORON, sell a range of long sleeve, high neck tops and bodies that are perfect to wear underneath your winter garbs as the temperature dips.

The collection at WORON, which is made from a super soft modal made from beech wood, is small but the styles are classic, timeless and chic, making them flattering key pieces. In addition to the bodysuits and long-sleeved tops, WORON also sell leggings and knickers.

Most styles come in three colours – white, black or grey melange. And WORON’s knicker collection includes three styles – the hipster, the Brazilian and the brief.

WORON, made with sustainability in mind, was founded by sisters Anya and Arina Woron.

The Woron sisters say: “We’ve heard the sentence ‘Less is More’ said a thousand times, but it really is true.

“By limiting our [WORON] collection to its essence, we are able to put the right amount of focus and thought into each part of the production and all the way to the customer’s wardrobe.

“Our [WORON] mission is to create underwear that is beautiful yet comfortable and will have longevity, so that you won’t have to throw out your favourite garment every few months to stay chic.”

Every underwear garment from WORON’s collection is sewn in a small family-owned factory in Europe from a sustainably sourced fabric called Lenzig Modal, which is a fine, smooth finer made from beech wood. The beech wood is from sustainable forestry plantations growing native trees.

WORON is available to buy online from WORON Store
