Circles in the Sand labyrinth beach experience supports mindfulness

Circles in the Sand is a labyrinth experience on a beach in Bandon, Oregon where participants can walk the beach art circles as a means of meditation, transformation and healing.

The walkable sandy path, created by Labyrinth artist Denny Dyke, was conceived of in 2015 to allow people to experience the benefits of taking some time just to be themselves.

The Labyrinth is an ancient path, which is known to have existed for over 4000 years. It is a path that has resonated with people in various countries and cultures throughout the world.

Labyrinths can support one’s inner journey, enabling one to be mindful and to have the space to focus inwards.

More than 20,000 people have visited the Circles in the Sand labyrinth experience on the beaches of Bandon, Oregon. The next sandy path walk takes place on 22 July.
