Recipe: Guinness Punch

Happy St Patrick’s Day! A fine way to herald in St Patrick’s Day is with an honorary Guinness.

For a festive flair take on a Guinness, add some kick with this Jamaican-inspired Guinness Punch recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 360ml Guinness
  • 240ml Whole Milk
  • 120ml Condensed Milk
  • 1/8 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp of Dark Rum, optional
  • Whipped Cream, optional
  • Grated Nutmeg, optional

Method:

  1. The above ingredients will make one serving/one glass. Add ice, guinness, milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and rum to a blender and pulse to combine.
  2. Pour mix into serving glass and top with whipped cream and freshly ground nutmeg.
