Happy St Patrick’s Day! A fine way to herald in St Patrick’s Day is with an honorary Guinness.
For a festive flair take on a Guinness, add some kick with this Jamaican-inspired Guinness Punch recipe.
Ingredients:
- 360ml Guinness
- 240ml Whole Milk
- 120ml Condensed Milk
- 1/8 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp of Dark Rum, optional
- Whipped Cream, optional
- Grated Nutmeg, optional
Method:
- The above ingredients will make one serving/one glass. Add ice, guinness, milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and rum to a blender and pulse to combine.
- Pour mix into serving glass and top with whipped cream and freshly ground nutmeg.
