Qi Gong exercises to relieve stress and tension while sat at your desk

If you are sat at a desk for the majority of your working day, you may experience tension around the neck, shoulders and back.

Tension and stress in the back, neck and shoulder muscles can easily be released by doing regular Qi Gong exercises whilst seated at your desk.

In the below video, Qi Gong instructor Lee Holden demonstrates how tension can be alleviated in just a few minutes.
