Urban Tree Festival: A weekend of tree-focused guided walks, talks and mindfulness in London

If you are a London dweller, get out in one of the city’s many green spaces this weekend as London celebrates the Urban Tree Festival.

The first ever Urban Tree Festival, which runs until 20 May, features a series of guided walks and talks across London.

The walks include explorations of urban forests – Peckham, Hampstead and Stoke Newington; a London Woodland Walk through Wimbledon; a historical walk of Bloomsbury’s Squares; and a mulberry hunt. There are also mindfulness events taking place as part of Urban Tree Festival.
