Want to learn more about living a sustainable life? London Permaculture Festival, taking place on Sunday 29 July in Camden, will be providing a space for people to come together and learn all sorts of things from growing herbs and microgreens in the smallest of spaces; self-care with herbs and food; composting; building with straw bales; and how to build a bamboo bike.
The annual London Permaculture Festival is a one day grassroots event that has something for everyone – whether you are new to sustainable living or are building your own eco-friendly home off-grid.
Attendees can take part in more than 20 workshops, delivered by experts in their field.
The family-friendly festival also includes face painting, storytelling and a mini beast treasure hunt for children. There will also be a pop-up nursery where visitors will be able to purchase plants as well as some rare unusual edible perennial plants.
London Permaculture Festival takes place on Sunday 29 July 2018 at Cecil Sharp House in Camden. Tickets cost £10/£5 concs
