Cocktails with Care Collective: Sustainable cocktail bar opens month-long residency

Want to know how to make a Bloody Mary from ingredients that would normally go to waste or how to identify and use ingredients from an urban green space within cocktail making? Then head down to the pop-up Conscious bar at The Refinery Regent’s Place, to inspire mindful living.

Ketel One, eco-friendly specialists KeepCup, and wild food expert James Wood, launch a month long residency at bar and restaurant, The Refinery Regent’s Place near London’s Warren Street, from today (30 October) to 24 November.

The Ketel One: Cocktails with Care Collective will feature cocktails made from ingredients destined for landfill. In addition there will be two masterclasses giving practical advice for recreating sustainable cocktails at home.
