Ambitalia’s bento bags replace single-use disposables and packaging of any kind

Bento bags make ideal carriers to hold your groceries, your lunch or for use even as an overnight bag.

Inspired by the Bento box and the wider Japanese tradition of making the everyday necessity of eating lunch into a ritual, Californian brand Ambitalia have created a range of bento bags to replace single-use disposables or packaging of any kind.

Made from sustainable materials, Ambitalia’s bento bags come in a range of textiles including a Nordic Blue Chambray with a mix of hemp and organic cotton, black flax linen and unprocessed natural flax linen.

A bento bag is like a bucket with two points that tie together. The textile is turned into a bag by filling with contents and then tieing the points together either once for easy access or twice to secure contents and carry by holding the knot.

All Ambitalia’s bento bags are consciously designed and ethically manufactured in California.
