Young couple turn DIY project into a tiny house and base for their sustainable business

A Queensland-based couple have built a tiny house, from eco-friendly materials for AU$17,000, which is both their home and base for their sustainable fashion business, Jungle Alley.

Sam and Simone, who studied wildlife and environmental sciences at university, are passionate about the environment and living with a light footprint on the earth.

Constructed as a DIY project, Sam and Simone have built their tiny home using eco-friendly materials, recycled materials, and factory seconds.

The couple’s tiny home is currently parked on a 3-acre property just outside of Brisbane, Australia, where they plan to get involved in regenerative projects on the land through native planting and wildlife protection initiatives.
