Postcard art is an accessible and affordable way to spruce up your home with some art. A new generation of postcards, WOODHI postcards are made from the wood stem of sustainably-managed maple trees.
The light and flexible wooden postcards feature simple illustrations, designed by artists from all over the world, on a background that reveals the rings of the tree.
An effortless way to bring tree magick into your home or to send to a loved one in the mail, the maple species used in the production of WOODHI’s postcard collection is naturally present in most continents and is not affected by deforestation. The wood used throughout WOODHI’s postcard collection is not treated either.
It takes a 20-year old maple tree for WOODHI to produce about 90,000 cards. Each time the France-based company sell that amount of cards, they replant a young maple in France’s Jura forest region.
WOODHI also creates wooden bookmarks and posters.
