Urban Tree Festival: Walks through London where you can spot Hibiscus and Pineapple Guava trees

If you’re in London this weekend and you have an affinity for trees, head to the Urban Tree Festival on 18-19 May.

The Urban Tree Festival features a series of walks, workshops and events in celebration of urban trees taking place across the capital.

Highlights include a woodland walk in Wimbledon; a stroll through three of Bloomsbury’s parks, dominated by London Planes trees; and a urban walking tour through the backstreets from Angel to Old Street where you are likely to discover trees as diverse as Olives, Hibiscus and Pineapple Guavas.
