Sustainability is ultimately about being resourceful and making the most of the resources that Mother Earth provides, and it calls upon finding creative ways to protect and preserve the planet.

People around the world are finding numerous ways in which to contribute to their saving the world. From LifeStraw, a Kenya-based company dedicated to bringing clean water to developing countries with the help of high-tech filtration systems; a group of girls in the US, known as When a Girl Scout, who’ve discovered a way to turn Styrofoam into nontoxic glue; through to green household products manufacturer, Method, with their LEED-certified factory, Great Big Story showcases some of those initiatives.
