Recipe: Tzatziki

If you’re looking for a protein-rich accompaniment to serve with meats, kebabs, crudites or to eat simply on its own, it’s got to be tzatziki.

Used in Greek, Middle Eastern and Levantine cuisines, tzatziki is typically served as a mezze dish. It is made using Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, shredded cucumber, vinegar, lemon juice and dill. Check out the below recipe for how to make authentic tzatziki.
