DIY: Recycling candle wax to make a new candle

Do you have a collection of jar candles with leftover wax or pillar candles that did not burn completely? If so, why not recycle the bits and pieces of wax that you have and create a new candle.

The below video shows you how to make a new candle from old pieces of wax, and uses an empty drink carton to create the mould. You will also need a few supplies such as candle wicks and an ice cube tray (use one that you will only use for making candles). If you want, you can also add essential oils to give your new candle a scent.
