Recipe: Gingerade

Ginger is packed full of medicinal properties and can be used to treat many ailments including improving circulation, easing morning sickness through to aiding digestion, among many others.

There are numerous ways to incorporate ginger in to your diet. One way is by making a glass of gingerade, which tastes like a carbonated ginger drink with the added healing benefits from the honey.

Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1tsp of organic ginger powder
1-2tsps of raw runny honey
Sparkling spring water or soda water

Method:

  1. In a tumbler glass, add the ginger powder and honey
  2. Stir the ginger powder and honey until it becomes like a paste
  3. Add sparkling spring water or soda water
  4. Stir and serve
