Recipe: Falafels

Falafels are a protein-packed street food that are ideal if you want a light snack that can be eaten on their own with dips or to go all out in a flat-bread wrap or pitta bread filled with salad and sauce.

Falafels are actually easy to make from scratch, and it is still possible to make them even if you don’t have a deep fryer at home. Alternatively you can bake them or as in the below video, you can also flatten the falafel mix into patties and then pan fry them.
