Lammas/Lughnasadh Blessings

Lammas/Lughnasagh, the festival of harvest, marks the end of the summer and the beginning of autumn/fall. To honour the festival, also known as Loaf Mass Day, traditionally bread is baked from the first grain harvest on 1 August. Lammas is also a time of celebrating the harvest and abundance.
