Vanishing Lines: New Patagonia short film tells the story of the Alps and the movement to protect them

Vanishing Lines is a new short film by Patagonia which looks at the the high alpine landscapes of the Alps and the people who are demanding action to block developers encroaching with ski resort expansion.

According to Patagonia. “Vanishing Lines speaks for the surviving alpine spaces of quiet and ice, and the people who are demanding we ask: What’s a future without wild glaciers? And how many ski areas do we really need?”.

The 20-minute documentary filmed in Tyrol/Austria, features Patagonia snow ambassadors Lena Stoffel and Mitch Tölderer.

The Patagonia website also features information for anyone who wants to support movements that are defending high alpine landscapes in Europe.
